Relish in the Silence

Short blog thought of the day: Relish in the silence.

It is human nature to want to be loved and accepted. Why do we sometimes get caught up in filling our thoughts with the noise of worrying about others’ opinions of us? Fulfilling our egos with worry, fear, and numbness, rather than fulfilling our souls with love and acceptance? It’s clogging our silence and our presence. By the way, if you didn’t know, what other people think of you is really none of your business anyways 🙂 Allow the fearful thoughts to be silent; and just love.

Life is such a beautiful gift – don’t waste any of your time creating a life filled with anxiety about what others may think of you, fear, or self-depreciation. The only opinion of you that matters is your own! It’s simply about choosing love over fear. This means choosing to be the best version of ourselves by releasing the judgments of everyone (including ourselves). Quiet your mind and take a moment to notice the beauty around you and within you. If you were to die tomorrow, would you be happy with the way you lived your life today, or wish you had been more grateful, accepting, and loving?

Relish in the silence. Allow your negative thoughts to be silent and release all of the judgment and worry. That’s it!!

“You don’t have to control your thoughts. You just have to stop letting them control you.” –Dan Millman

“When you judge another, you do not define them, you define yourself.” –Wayne Dyer

“When we fulfill our function, which is to truly love ourselves and share love with others, then true happiness sets in.” –Gabrielle Bernstein

Much love, beautiful people.

XOXO,

Claire
